Standard Terms
- A retainer of 25% is required to secure all bookings. Retainers are non-refundable, as the date and time are reserved exclusively for you.
- Remaining balance is due on or before final delivery of images.
- Turnaround time: 3-7 working days unless agreed otherwise.
- Travel within Greater London is included.
- Travel outside London (e.g. Manchester, Birmingham) is chargeable and quoted based on mileage, transport, or accommodation where required.
- All images delivered digitally via secure online gallery.
